Yes! In my opinion everyone is, that's ehy we have wars and conflicts and stuff. This is also why we have faith in a 'supreme being' to help us through. Some people say that most people use faith as a crutch because they're weak and can't get through life by themselves, I'd say, we are flawed and (in some aspects of our lives)frail and the worst thing that can happen to us is to have "no crutch" at all. I find resolution in faith.

I embrace my flaws because they define my humanity. If I were not flawed, I would not need another person at all. My wife complements my flaws and I hers, just as our strengths complement each other.
I do not attempt to resolve my flaws, but find ways to make them work FOR me instead of against me.

I used to believe in the existence of a god. But now that flaw has been eliminated.

Flawed? Absolutely. I am relieved that Jesus atoned for all my mistakes.
What am I doing to improve myself? I work on one big thing at a time. Once I make it habit, then I move on to another thing to work on.
