I'm gonna sell my house, any tips?

I live in the UK, any advice how the estate agents will try to rip me off, or confuse me?

Watch HG/TV. on SELL THIS HOUSE.

They tell you to get your approval FIRST from the (whatever)
to see how much money you can borrow or whatever

Get an appraisal--so you can fix it up if the need is there

and SEARCH for someone you THINK you can rely on---ASK AROUND----you can fire as well as hire them.
