I think you already have a beer buddy.
Not just a pet but also someone who can be with you when you feel like drinking. (LOL)

Aw, BALONEY! Don't even tell me that this cat got into that suitcase (or 12-pack), opened them all and drank them! YOU DID! Now, if you left a glass of beer on a table that she could get into, well--the most that's going to happen is--she's going to sleep a lot (pass out) and be very sick and/or hung over. It's VERY RARE for a cat to even get near beer, so I find this a little hard to believe. If this were a dog---that's a different story. Many dogs LOVE beer--we had a German Shepherd that was a total "Beer hound". And, NO--we never let her have enough to even get a "buzz"--just a little taste now and then. But. . . .a cat? This is very strange. She'll sober up. Now--keep the beer away from her, it is NOT good for her, and if you allow her to have too much you could even kill her.

Beer is not a good kitty drink, but if she is okay now then you are probably fine. Keep it away from her, and here is a site for you on toxic substances for animals.
