When the Virgin Mary was in the womb, did She merge with the Holy Spirit at that time for all time?

Mary was created sinless through the Grace of Our Lord. In this manner, She was the first human Vessel of the Holy Spirit. I am not equating Her with God, I am just saying that as surely as the Son of God merged with flesh in Jesus, the Holy Spirit merged with the flesh in the Holy Virgin.
