Did you hide the juice from her? If no then it's not your fault that the person behind the register is incompetent.

If you realized at the time the items were being rung up that you weren't being charged you should have let the "lady at the till" know. What would you call taking something from a shop without paying for it?

If at the time you did not realize you were undercharged but discovered it later it is not stealing. If you knew she made a mistake when you were standing there it is stealing if you didn't point it out. Even so, it was her mistake and no one could accuse you of shoplifting were it discovered. Whatever the situation, you already know the answer.

Did you notice at the time you paid? If so then you stole it, if not then it's a mistake on the part of both parties involved. Maybe next time you are in there let them know and pay for it.

If you realized you were not being charged for your juice then it was stealing.

Do you think it is? I think you could have gone back and let her know of her mistake and paid for the item. Then you wouldn't be worrying about this. At least you have a conscience and have thought about this. But technically no it isn't stealing, but it isn't honest either.

no if she only charged you for the sweets unless when you went out of the store the little things on the side beeped.

Of course it is. You shoul've gone back to the store and tell the story to the lady who did not charge it. Oh, do whatever u want. Take care.

that uneasy feeling in your heart, says yes.
*leave a tip in the amount of the juice?
*buy another and quietly pay for two on your next visit?
*pay for a treat for someone in line (random act of kindness)
* think of something fun, you still have a good heart -keep it tuned up.
