I deciding whether to sign on my brothers bail, and i'm looking at the worst case senerio. I don't want suggestions or options. I just want to know what the bonds man do in the event that the bailee doesn't show up for court. The procedure so to speak.

Signing bail/bond papers are just like co-signing for a loan. If the principle (your brother) does not show up for court, you pay the full payment for the bail. The bail/bondsman is like the bank issuing the loan.

first what type of time is your brother looking at? is he tied into the area or a type that likes to run?

On the bail it self, if your brother would skip, you would automatically by the papers you signed become liable for the full bail amount,

at first the bailsman men would try to get you to find your brother threw family and get him back, if it fails then the bails men would go after you for the bail monies they are not going to take the hit for your brother running you will

any assets you have can be attached, bank accounts, house, car
