Slamming my head against my desk

I used to get real bad headaches as a kid, like all I could do was lie on the couch and groan quietly. Then at around age 16 I started to drink coffee, it has caffeine in it and that turns out to be real good for stopping headaches, so since then I don't get a lot of headaches. Coffee or strong tea ought to help. Add an aspirin to the mix, your headache should go away. Good luck!
