if the language is set in Korean, you have to ask a person who understands Korean to change the language settings for you ; )

You can change the language on your computer to Filipino.
Ask local tech support how to do so, or a friend who can read Korean.

change the language (If you can manage to find the following track)
start\settings\control panel\Date, Time, Language and Regional Options\Regional and Language options\Regional Options\choose English (United States) from Korean
same thing you can chagne from under the advance tab also..
