I used it on 2 scars for 3 months and saw no improvement at all. That's not to say it wouldn't work for you tho. Remember, everybody reacts differently to things. I myself, was very disappointed with it :-(

Good reply - only you and your own skin will know the best answer here so you have nothing to lose to try it.
Also rubbing pure vitamin e on scars may help or cocoa butter.
Take some vitamins like a e and zinc and c too (orally)
and try a salt scrub in the shower (olive oil, kosher salt and a trace of lemon juice) to take off any 'dead' skin -
I'd give madirma a chance -

I have used Mederma on a few different new scars before, and it helped to fade them and "blend" them better in with the rest of my skin. I used it for about 1 month and saw a dramatic difference, however I also used it soon after surgery. I am not sure how effective it is on old scars.

you can try cornhuskers lotion (you can get it at walmart or kmart) i used to have scars on my arms and used that daily and after a couple of weeks the scars were gone. i've never tried the madirma

try SCAR ZONE.
its less money, and its a type of cream.
i KNOW what im saying. lol.
its God sent for acne scars.
