afghanistan maybe? this is a legitamit question, pertaining to the basic freedom for a person to do whatever it is they want (as long as it affects no one but themselves of course) more of a psychological thing I was wondering about, if people are allowed to do this anywhere in the world.

not pain killers and stuff like that, just cialis and some propecia,and acomplia for my sister, but they have a few pain meds too, altough i really doubt that even they will just handle the stuff out like scout girls their cookies

Countries in South America for the most part don't require a prescription even for sleeping pills...Some countries in minor Asia either.

even in the USA the rules are sometimes fuzzy

there are several countries in the world where narcotic medications are not as controlled as they are here, but, you have to be a native of that country to get them.
