One tooth was loose for awhile and when it fell out, it was as large as two teeth, but then it became black and turned into something else(I'm not sure what but it wasn't a rotted tooth).

Then I open my mouth and looked to the back of it, and just picked up the final tooth in my mouth and took it out.

What could this mean?

By final tooth, I don't mean the only tooth remaining, but the tooth farthest back in my mouth.

Losing teeth in a dream means either you're about to have a health or business problem or that you said something bad and it's coming back to bite you (sorry no pun intended).

I really don't think that two teeth falling out in a dream has some deep meaning. Maybe you need a dental check up. I have dreams occasionally when all my teeth are crumbling apart in my mouth and i am spitting them in my hand until i've got a mouth with no teeth. Alot of people have these dreams so it's not uncommon.

Many people have dreams that they lose all of their teeth. In this dream, they may feel something strange in their mouth and then spit teeth into their hand, eventually losing all of their teeth. According to some, our teeth are related to our sense of power and our ability to communicate. Losing our teeth not only makes us embarrassed by our appearance, which hinders our communications, but it also lessens our power because we may not speak our minds. It's also associated with feelings about our appearance.

I got this from the link that I put on source(s).

if you dream pain in your mouth (mostly teeth) it means death. not sure who is supposed to die.
but if it didn't hurt you it was just a nightmare.
