Can you get in to a nightclub with an expired passport? The photo is pretty old but its all I have. I also have a license document with my proof of age but no picture. Would I be able to get in do you think without my license card?

You are not going to flirt your way in. They have no way of knowing if you are an undercover cop. The bouncer has no choice in the matter. If your passport doesn't look like you, I think you should not count on getting in.

You should be fine with your expired passport, providing the picture in it is not too old.
I would imagine most doormen and bar-staff are only going to be interested in looking at your date of birth and seeing if the photo matches the person in front of them.
The expiry date really only applies when traveling. The license document is not much use without a photo I'm afraid.

Yes, It might be a bit difficult. But depending on your skills, how you act, you can do that. If you think you might have a problem entering, just fool the gatekeepers by saying some flurting words. Thats it. cool

where are you that they still issue a driver's license without a picture on it???
Heck, I came from New Brunswick Canada, and they had them there when I moved to the US 10 years ago, so I figured EVERYWHERE must have them by now!!!
