They all are followers of Messengers (representatives) of God on earth. All messengers came to different times, to different people with same message -- to worship only one God.

Mohammad came to Arabs (descendents of Ismail son of Abraham). On the command of God Abraham left his Hager and son Ismael in the baron desert valley of Mecca over 5000 years ago to raise an Arab nation. Abraham visited every few years to see how they are doing. When Ismael was 13 years old, Abraham built Kaaba (House of God) to worship God with the help of his son Ismael. Muslim go to perform pilgrimage to Kaaba (Saudi Arabia) every years in millions.

Jews (Descendents of Isaac son of Abraham from his wife Sarah) settled in Palestine (now Israel). Moses was one the most important Messengers of God sent to Jews and divine book given to Moses is Torah.
Jews priests have been changing the Torah . They have disobeyed God's commands a lot and killed some of the Prophets God sent to Jews for their guidance.

They angerd God so much that He had them punished for their sins by Babylonians, Romans, Spaniards and lately by Hilter. But they keep being cruel to non-Jewish people. They were chosen people of God. But after Muhammad came, God gave the title of chosen people to Muslims (followers of Muhammad the Messenger and Prophet of God)

Though God gave them religion Islam, but they named it Judaism after the son of Jacob naming religion of the descendents of Judah.

Jesus Christ was the last Messenger to Jews for their final test before God takes their title as chosen people. Message of Jesus was also to worship His Lord only. His followers suffered severe persecutions from Jewish Kings and Pagan Kings for three hundred years until Roman Empire's king converted as Christian. Messages of God given to Jesus had been lost and went through translations from one language to other. Today's King James version is mixed with God's true words with the interpretatins of Priests, Now to lots of people it doesn't make sense. To elevate the status Jesus Christ its followers made Jesus son of God and created Trinity which really confuses the followers. Today some of them worship statues of Jesus (man) and his mother Mary and others worship Jesus and call him son of God.

Finally God sent Muhammad the Messenger of God to preach mankind the same Message that Noah, Lat, Abraham, Moses and Jesus preached...to worship one and only God. God says this is the Last Divine Book and Muhammad is the last Messenger of God. God says in Quran, "I have perfected your religion this day". To a question Muhammad replied that I am like a last brick that completed the house of God. All previous Prophets before me were like bricks of previous sent to build the same house of God. God says in Quran that He send total of 124,000 Prophets to mankind where ever they lived for their guidance with the same message .. to worship one and only God.

Christians believe that Jesus was the son of God and in the Trinity. Muslims and Jews don't believe that. Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet and Jews believe that he was an ordinary Jew. Muslims and Jews (i think) believe that Abraham was a messenger from God. I would suggest that you research properly about this topic, because they are extremely similar. I don't know too much about the topic, but there's a lot of reliable and unreliable info out there.
