A while ago, becasue of the large quantity of fraudulent marriage petitions, there was a plan to videotape every interview of mariage-based petitions. But, due to budget shortages, this plan never got off the planning stages.
Some districts do tape on a selected basis; some tape suspected cases, others tape randomly.

If I reported something boneheaded and it have been given performed on YouTube around the clock, then i might deserve the belief of me that is created by that, because of the fact I reported THE BONEHEADED factor. that is referred to as own accountability, accountability for my strikes and the character of no longer MAKING EXCUSES. If I reported it, then I reported it and that i could be held in charge for it. the 1st modification protects our perfect to assert what we would like, whether it does no longer defend us from taking accountability for having reported what we are saying. If we are saying something that pisses human beings off and gets us in concern, we ought to possess as much because it and make the call to the two stand by it or say sorry. We unquestionably ought to settle for the end results of finding like boneheads if we are saying boneheaded issues. Now, if there is any area of this that seems unfair, uncertain or confusing to you, then perhaps the 1st modification shouldn't additionally be conscious to you.

I have never heard of that but I am sure that they have the right to do that. If you provide enough documentation ahead of time (childrens' birth certificates, photos, joint bank account info, etc.) then they won't even bother with an interview.

Normal isn't a term I would use. Law would be more appropriate. As long as they know they are being tape it isn't against the law.
Private or government. That is law.
