I cannot log into my account after activating my copy of windows XP?

Question

I activated my copy but when I switch the computer on, it asks me for activation again!!! when I click Next, it says that this copy is already activated, then I click Exit but the windows logs out of my account. When I try to log into my account again, the same thing happens!!! any help please. I tried to log in by the adimistrator account but I don't know the password

Try this, log into the computer in Safe Mode, press F8 before the splash screen. Log into your account and click Start then select Run.. type in msconfig

Once there, a box will popup, go to the Startup tab (on the right I believe). You will see a list of .exe's... these are programs that are running when your computer starts up. There should be a listing there titled "winact" or "act" or something like that. Disable that from coming on startup, then reboot when it prompts you to. If you need any help with this, let me know.

i do no longer think of you should try this yet you should pass surfing to an admin account on an xp like this on the log in internet site press (ctrl, alt, delete) 2 situations and on consumer call positioned administrator, no password

The copy of XP you're running has already been activated on another computer.
