His sacrifice was in pain, suffering and isolation from God. I would think that crucifixion, even if you know you will rise again would still be a painful process.

He has risen, all authority has been given to Him. He suffered for all that will come to Him. What do you mean where is this wondrous sacrifice He made? It is realized fully during the judgement when the ones who put their faith into Christ will be declared justified by His life, and cleared of sin by His death. It is not to us He's not dead. It is because it is true.

Jesus died on the cross for my sins.
He was dead.
He was resurrected.
He is alive.
What is so hard about that?
We do not know the spiritual implications of this but for that the Bible says that the Father could not look at Jesus on the cross (that is why Jesus said "My God, My God, why have you forsaken Me?").
We do not know what that separation was like.
Even Spirit filled people do not know what that was like.
To us it might seem like a bad thing, but Jesus had perfect union with our Father.

Jesus went through ridicule and torture. He was beaten, stripped of His clothes, flogged, beaten till He was bloody, spit on, shall I go on? After all of this, He was forced to carry His own cross. He was nailed to a cross. No matter where the nails were inserted, He was still nailed. Jesus suffered for YOU and for me so that we would not have to suffer. He rose again 3 days later to prove that He was who He said He was: THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD. After He rose, He was on earth for 30 days. Many, many people saw Him before He ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of His Father. Jesus is ALIVE!!!!
And He loves you, more than anyone else in your entire life has ever loved you.

Christ took on human form and sufferd as a human even to the point of getting hungry and weeping .He did this to be an example for all, as He sufferd for all. He took on the sins of the world including yours and mine, before we even thought of Him( being born ) God can do what He wants and we wony always understand
