No. It's a sign of political turmoil.

I never heard of anyone with schizphrenia who was able to lead large groups of people; they are generally very isolated and withdrawn.

not schizophrenia.

there are personality disorders that are possible, or it could just be crazy politics. Also, there are political actions, called "saber rattling."
