Not sure I understand your question but if you are asking how to make chicken fried rice with the soy sauce, here's how I do it.
Cook the rice the night before you plan to use it.
The day you are going to make your dish, take an egg, stir it up, put a little butter in a skillet and cook the egg in one piece. Roll it up, slice it, and set it aside.
Saute onions in a little oil until translucent (you can see through it a little). Add the sliced chicken strips and saute them until they are cooked through. You can add slices of bacon to this too - very good. Cook the bacon until it is limp and brown but not crispy. Drain off all but 1 T of the bacon grease. Add the cold rice and mash it to break it up. Take your soy sauce and put about 1/4 c in a bowl. Add some black pepper and about 1/2 tsp sugar. Mix well. Once the rice has warmed up a little, pour some of the soy sauce mixture over the rice and stir it in. When it is the color of brown that you want - not too dark - don't add any more - if you have to make more, then make more. When the rice is hot, add the shredded egg and stir gently. Put in a bowl and serve with pickles. They cut the greasy feel in the mouth and make the next bit taste just like the first bite! Enjoy. I generally use Ketjap Manis instead of soy sauce - it's a thicker sauce and sweeter so I don't have to add the sugar. Everyone loves my Nasi Goreng (the fried rice I make). I don't use chicken, though, I use ham and bacon in mine. You can use any kind of leftover meat.
If you are asking how to make the soy sauce itself, sorry - I don't know except it's made from soy beans.
