You'd have to qualify for a tourist visa or a work visa as if you'd never gone to Canada. Used to be landed immigrants didn't need tourist visas, but that changed a few years ago in the Post 9-11 world. Now, would the embassy or the consulate be likely to issue you tourist visas? Could well be, but it would depend on how long you've been there and how well you've established yourself so far. We've had any number of landed immigrants migrate further south after the first winter or two.

I would think that you could. Contact the American Embassy or a US consul office in Canada for information. You did not mention your country of citizenship.
