Is taking a break the best idea?

Me and my gf dated for almost 2 years but we spent the last 8 months apart on internships.We are each others true loves and everytinwas flowing great until the last month.in the last month she got drunkat a club and didntpick up her phonefor a whole day.she liedto me at firstbut then she told me the truth.i broke up wither cuz she had a habit of lying and i didnt kno if i could believe her. she was devastated and cried and i was mean to her by accident. we got back together 2 weeks later but at teh same time she had found comfort in another guy. we went back to skool and i found out that she was dating me and another guy at the same time. we both cried ...and she said that shes a bad person and she wants to change. she said she doesnt want tohurt me and she says she wishes she could be in acommitted realltionship wit me later on in college. she says she believeswe're soulmmates butshe thinks shes too immature andshe wants to party and get drunk. we're still best friends. future?

Yes, take a break. If you guys stay together then she will only keep hurting you. If you were meant to be together then you will be. Let her get these things out of her system and you should do the same. It is better to do it now then to stay together in a serius relationship and then start doing them. There is no reason you guys cant be friends though.

shes not ready for committment. she wants to party and have fun and see other people. i believe that you will be better off as friends. i think you should start looking for someone else and have you some fun. dont dread over her. shes not ready
