A difficult question unless you specify what is implied by "largest".

The USS Enterprise (CVN-65) is the longest warship in the world, nuclear powered and aircraft carrier. That could be an answer for you.

However the Nimitz class supercarriers, though 11 odd meters shorter than the Big E, have more displacement. If thats what you want, pick any or all of the follwing near identical ones as your answer. USS Nimitz (CVN-68),
USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69), USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70), USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), USS George Washington (CVN 73), USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74), USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76)

The Nimitz Class aircraft carriers are the largest warships ever built. With over 6,000 personnel (crew and aircrew), the carrier has a displacement of 102,000t, and a flight deck length of 332.9m. All nine nuclear-powered Nimitz Class carriers have been built by Newport News Shipbuilding (now Northrop Grumman Ship Systems), based in Virginia.

The USS Enterprise (CVN-65), formerly CVA(N)-65, is the world's first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier and the eighth U.S. Naval vessel to bear the name. Like her predecessor of World War II fame, she is nicknamed the “Big E”. At 1,123 feet (342.3 m), she is the longest naval nuclear powered vessel in the world though her 93,500 tons displacement places her as the second heaviest supercarrier, surpassed only by the Nimitz-class.

Although the Nimitz class ships are the heaviest ships in the US fleet they are not the longest ships in the fleet, as that honor belongs to the carrier Enterprise.
