What is the question?
You are obviously not to busy.
I operate from home, so if I fancy a small lunch, and fiddle on with these answers, so be it at 1pm.
I agree that there are many that sit on their bottoms and are useless, but please do not pin that badge on all those that are slaving away all hours.
I have been known to go to a business meeting, followed by a three hour lunch.
So what? it all improved the general economy for others.

I am .. we in Corporate Network Security monitor use of the Internet by other staff and send weekly Reports of sites visited to their Managers ..

.. after the last guy got a second Written Warning, non-work related activity has dropped off a bit ..

In case you are wondering, Managers activities are reported to Directors ... and they DO take action (well they do now ... after a 6 month log of Porn Sites visited by one particular Manager was posted onto the Canteen notice board :-) )

I have done the cleaning, hung out the washing, gone out for a run with the dogs, done the shopping and now I have 15 mins. to waste until I collect the children from school. What about you, shouldn't you be working also?

No, not really. It's 9:30pm here.
Since you ask, though, it's more likely YOU should be working.
