I'm sure there are many refugees that would love to come to the US that have lost relatives and would love revenge. Or will we just let the good ones in? Love to hear from Bush supporters on this one!

I'm pretty sure you mean that the US invaded Iraq to make it livable for Oil execs. and the "foreign investor" types. Not the Iraqi people.

Did you not catch what the US did in Latin America throughout the 20th century? Made it a great place to have dollars. Not a very good place to be average working people though.

The US is going to Latinamericanize the Middle East. That is the whole point of the illegal invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, old style conquest. Everyone is skeptical because they don't remember that the US did this in Hispaniola, in Cuba and Puerto Rico and in the Philipines. To a lesser degree they did it in Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore.

It's called neo-colonialism. That is why there are no guv'nors or viceroyalties. You can be sure, though, if Iraqis choose the wrong man in their next elections, that man will be dead.

Peace.

Thousands of Vietnamese, Cambodians, Hmong were let into the US after the Vietnam war. Did you have a problem with that? Did you notice that it worked out all right.
There are muslim crazies everywhere in the Middle East. Who would not want to get away from them?
