I put my daughter's nappy on backwards when she went through that stage. Then she started picking them apart and pulling all the fluff out...ewwww. So I ended up just putting a nappy on her at night, and letting her go nappy free during the day...she was toilet trained at 18 months and I think it's because of that. Went through a lot of washing though, until she got in the hang of going potty when she felt the urge.

keep him busy. spend plenty of time doing things with him that require his hands to be doing other things. get him to scribble on paper and tell him it's an important letter for grandma. get him to do jigsaw puzzles and leave them out to show daddy when he comes home.
get him to hold your wrist while you butter the bread for a sandwich.
it will be a pain for a few days, but by then, he will have forgotten about all the attention he got for removing clothes and nappy.

put on a onsie or snug fitting snap shirt and belted pants or overalls
place a piece or two of duct tape or i used that grey masking tape over the tabs. worked great on my son and a little girl i babysat, make sure its not too tight on the tummy though.and its time to punish him when he does it or goes to pop his hand lightly and tell him no no. dont let him out of your site either

Some babies hate wearing diapers. Just let him run around naked while he still can. My sister never kept her diaper on and we just let her run around and get it out of her system.
