What is Free Dos in laptops? Can I still install my Xp in my desktop to my laptop?

Presumably you bought a used laptop with freeDOS on it.

Under the Windows EULA, you have agreed only to install the Windows CD from your desktop on a single machine. You will have to buy an additional copy of windows for the laptop.
