the best flour is use 4oz of plain flour with a pinch of salt (seive it first)

normal flour,with equal quantity of flour, egg and milk.
heat the mould with oil at 200 degrees befor u put the batter.
cook it till gets dark brown or otherwise it may become soggy once it gets cold.

not bleached, I use wheet but it does tint a bit.
