You unfortunatly have hemmaroids. Classic symptoms.

You need to increase your fibre and fluid intake. And also excercise.

Try a cream from the chemist like Ansol which has a local anaesthetic in it and shrinks them.

You should go to the doctor but it sounds like you have hemmorroids. Hemorrhoids are a very common medical problem. They are small veins around the rectum and anus that have become varicose - dilated and swollen. Hemorrhoids may become inflamed, develop small blood clots or even cause minor bleeding.

There are two types of hemorrhoids:

External hemorrhoids are round, purple and feel like “soft swellings”. They develop under the skin just outside the opening of the anus. They can itch and be painful (especially during a bowel movement) and are often tender to the touch.

Internal hemorrhoids are found further inside the rectum. Typically, they're not painful; you may not even know they're there unless they start to bleed. However, internal hemorrhoids can be quite painful - in particular when straining pushes them out through the anus. This is called a prolapsed hemorrhoid.

It may be an anal fissure (little tear) the itching would be caused as it is trying to heal. If blood in the stools is bright red, it isn't from internal organs, it will be either a fissure, polyps or piles. A Dr would be able to reassure you, if he/she can't see a tear an internal will be necessary, it is uncomfortable and embarrasing, but will put your mind at ease. Piles are easily treated with cream, and polyps can be removed in an "outpatient" procedure. Fissures are annoyong, but a little antiseptic cream or even vaseline may help, and that may help ease the itching too. Extra fibre and liquids could help, because if your stools aren't loose enough it could make the healing take longer.

Probably a hemmaroid (I can't spell that word, sorry), but you do need to see a doc to rule out anything serious.

They suck but they are very common. The doc will likely tell you take some fiber, and give you something for the itching/burning.

most likely internal hemorrhoids since the blood is bright red...and they can be caused by many things including weight, constipation, strain when lifting, working on your feet all day.... Go to the docs and have it checked though..always best to have it checked by a medical professional just to make sure it is nothing serious.

Sounds like Rhoids.

I have the same thing, every time i take a crap i lose tons of blood. If you are really worried see a doc, although they might not do much for you. Might give you peace of mind though.

like jackie says you have hemmeroids/piles which can bleed the bright red blood indecates that it is fresh blood, doc will give you cream after an examination that will reduce swelling help with pain and itching.

Dont panic ....it sounds like hemorroids (piles) nothing to worry about, you can get a cream from the chemist off the shelf.

If it still persists then go to the doctor.

You might have a anal infection and should see a doctor as soon as possible. You might want to capture a stool in a clean container to take to the doctor if requested.

Go to the doctor bleeding from that area is never a good sign. Could be colon cancer. Make an apt asap.
