Pick up some ink jet T-Shirt transfers and a blank shirt and just make your own. There's plenty of ideas for slogans and pink ribbon and other graphics around that you can probably patch something reasonable together overnight.

Have you tried cafepress.com ? People can upload their own unique designs for shirts and other products that people can then buy.
Cafepress does all the printing, billing and shipping, not the individuals.
