No time like the present. Text him and ask him out for lunch. Go somewhere loud and busy. The talking part will be easy, as you will be eating anyway. Small talk will get you started.

actions speak louder than words. little things like burning him, a cd would let him know that you hold him close to your heart or write him a letter and post it. though, trough personal experiences men are just plain stupid and you literally have to spell it out for them. try going out with a bunch of people sometime. that way there is less confrontation between the two of you but you can still spend time together and get to know the other person face to face. try telling a few jokes or ask him a riddle. tell him an embarrassing story about yourself or show him some family photos. letting him on your family life is a GOOD thing. he is probably feeling a little uneasy as well so this might make him feel a little more comfortable around you. and be careful of your body language as well try and stay opened and relaxed. subconsiously this can affect both of you. but i know, "easier said than done" i have been in this situation quite alot, it's just all a matter of time and patience. :) GOOD LUCK!! :)

I am a guy. If I am with a woman that I like she does not have to say something all the time. That is fine with me for her to be quite sometimes. There are no rules saying that you have to fill every minute with talking. You can listen or be involved with the TV, or radio, stereo, play station, or computer to fill spaces when no one has anything to say.
To be interesting, be interested!
Be interested in him. Then he will mentally take that as you are a interesting person. You both will start to pull closer together.
If you really like him then you of course will want to get to know him, so ask him a few questions. But not too many. That way a line of communication will open up and you both will begin to know each other better. And as you get to know each other better, you both will relax more. Then you both will be more easily to say something to each other.

If you are close enough to go to the city library or a good used book store with him or a museum then I would spend time with him to do these things. How many kids are "loved" by their parents and the parents 'don't have time' to spend with the ones they love the most? Actions speak louder than words and if he can't figure out you have a deep affection for him, which is more important than 'the hots' for him, then this lucky young man will figure it out when you give up and find someone who will appreciate your company more. Good Luck to you

stop being shy.. once yall take the first step it will come much easier.. if u feel more comfortable saying it in a text then do it and if u get a good response the next time you see him make a move..
matter of fact.. if u get a good response.. talk to him about how yall have so much to say in texts and not in person.. that might help break the ice.. it'll give you something to laugh about :).. TRUST ME.. communication is KeY

Write him a note outlining your feelings and your inability to express them, then ask him in the note if he feels the same inability too! That way, you have communicated your feelings for each other, and now have a common bond! Nice! Hey?

omg!! I've experienced that already!! wo0o0o0ow...
well, first of all, try to be comfortable with each other and start planning out (in text) to hang out... don't be shy, just be comfortable, and think as if you two are texting. okay?

you must show them respect, and always care about them, and treat them well. you have to be able to risk your own life for that person, and to be able to protect and keep them safe.
