Pray to God and Lord Jesus for wisdom; James 1:5.
For truly we can do nothing without God's intervention and Holy Will. John 15:5.

Then identify the conflicts and not just go in and do what you think the right way! Like what happen on some fixing of other nations, they fix it by warring against the other party and sometimes, it creates more damage than resolving the problem.

Once you've identified the problems then plan how to deal with the problem!

Then preparation and rehearsal, and put a simple model and check if this is the way!

Finally the actual implementation in resolving the problem.

To summarized:
1. Go to God and Lord Jesus, Prayer and Consultation!
2. Identification and Analysis.
3. Planning and laying out the solution.
4. Preparation and Rehearsing the solution by using a model or for final analysis.
5. Actual implementation, the Action to resolve the conflicts without doubting the solution, else it is not fully tested to help resolve it!

Psa 37:9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. AMEN.

Clear the misunderstandings through proper communication. The communication can be either oral or written or any other form that strikes your mind. At the first instance don't take anything seriously, any thing to heart. If you don't get hurt, the foundation for the conflict will get killed then and there itself. Control emotions ( I mean have good EQ). Have the sense of sensible sacrifice. If u sacrify a flower u may get a treasure in return. Otherwise if u vie for the flower it may end in a disaster for both the vying elements. Think before u talk. Always talking loose results in a conflict.

The best way to handle conflicts however trivial they may be is to STOP making comparisons. Comparison is the root cause of all conflicts big or small. My way of thinking is better than the others, my religion is better than theirs, my school is better or not as good as theirs, my clothes my appearance, my food, my car, my house. Stop comparing with any one and you can handle any kind of conflict.

Can be considered with "fire".When three things combine together the 'FIRE' takes place. If we separate any one then there will be no fire. I feel the same way for a conflict two people are required. If we separate them then there will be no conflict.
Gandhiism is the best policy and it will work.

First Law: Do not interfere in any conflict.

Second Law: Do not add fuel to the arguments.

Third Law: do not advise what is good and what is bad.

if it is a life and death issue/ some major issue that will complicate to breaking up a family etc then you need to act .

words once uttered cannot be taken back. drink a glass of water, count to 10 and then see if it really necessary to take action immediately or later or not at all.

Distraction.

Nothing will cause you to forget an argument faster than something REALLY shiny and attention-grabbing just off to the left...
