You may have a systemic allergy to some of the ingredients in that particular drink. Switch to something else and see. It may depend on the sweetner they use. I know that candies made with sorbitol will give you gas and diarreah

Yes, I know some people that Dr. pepper runs right through. I can't tell you whick ingredient it specifically is, but for some, Dr. Pepper is better than ExLax. It does nothing to me. Depends on your body.

Gas definately, as for diahrea, i think it depends on how much you drink, amybe you should try drinking something else like water.
