action speaks louder than words. i think it is rude to ask a woman you've been dating if it's already time to have sex.
just keep teasing her, she'll eventually give in....with the right timing and the right setting...
just keep your flow, don't rush for she might think you only want sex.

No it is not okay, this is something that should happen naturally. You want the woman to decide on her own that she wants to share that moment with you. If you are in a relationship and have plans to be with her and be in a serious relationship then you should envite her over to your house, cook some dinner for her, watch a movie, ask her questions about her, who she is and get to know her, invite her out do things that a couple do. If you ask her then she may feel pressured and the worst thing that can happen is a person wanting to do something just because he/she feels pressured to please someone they are excited about. In the end you will be glad that she idn't have sex with you rights after you met or just a few months after you met.
That says a lot about her, it says that she respects herself and has family values and a woman with self respect and family values is a woman who will respect you and your family values!!!

If you have to ask, forget it...it's not meant to be! Women can let you know they want you in a thousand little ways that there's no mistaking for what it is; but, if you aren't sure after 2 months that she's sexually attracted to you or wants you to tackle her during half-time, let it go. There are other fish in the sea!

I wouldn't come right out and say "will you have sex with me." Be honest with her about how you feel and tell her that you'd like to take your relationship to the next level. Tell her that you're not going to pressure her, and that you'll wait until she feels the time is right. You never know, she might be ready now!

Women hate being asked, because if they say 'no' they won't get any, and if they say 'yes', they can't pretend later that it was against their will.

You have to set up the situation and then make a move on her. If she's not ready, she'll let you know.

You should never have to ask. It should just happen in the heat of the moment.
