We cant spot reduce body fat naturally so the only way to get rid of belly and thigh fat is by lowering body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet - making healthy food choices, eating small, frequent meals, lots of fruit and veggies, lean protein, healthy fats and complex carbs and drinking lots of water, plus cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for average of 45min - cardio is the only fat burning exercise, those are running, jogging, elliptical, rope jumping, hiking etc., also do some light weigh training a few times a week.

I suggest to have a 30 minutes walking every day,which is wonderful way to achieve the aim of losing weight.Although it is can not provide you a way to lose weight at home,why not try a out-door exercise?
