I woke up Monday morning with a lump under my arm... it has gotten more centralized, red, and painful. I believe its an infected lympth node... I am not feeling sick, just have pain by my arm pit. Any suggestions?

It isn't a skin reaction- it hurts under the skin... I don't believe its from shaving either... it feels like a swollen lymph node.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR DOCTOR, YOU WILL PROB JUST BE PUT ON ANTIBIOTIICS. MAY BE A CLOGGED SWEAT GLAND TOO, COMMON IN HOTTER WEATHER, YOU MAY NEED TO SWITCH DEODERANTS TOO

This could be a MRSA staph infection that needs to be drained. Try using hot wet compresses to see if it opens up and drains . If it increases in size, becomes more painful or spreads. or if you start to run a fever get to a doctor pronto. It should resolve in a few days if it is going to. These infections can be very dangerous so keep your eye on it.

Sometimes you get that from shaving but I would still go to the dr and make sure it's nothing more than that.
