School records, birth certificate, passport and other pertinent documents. To be sure, call the Spanish Embassy in Manila.

you need to consult the Consulate of Spain in :
CONSULATE IN MANILA
5th floor, A.C.T. Tower. 135, Sen. Gil J. Puyat Av.
1227 Makati, Metro Manila
Apartado de Correos: P.O.B. 1114,
Makati Central Post Office
1251 Makati, Metro Manila
Tels: 818 35 61, 818 35 81 and 759 29 70
Fax: 810 28 85
E-mail: conspmanila@mail.mae.es

who is paying for the school? is it trough the employer? or you ?
is it is you? you must supply bank and financial proof ,
if it is trough your employer? he must provide the consulate with all the financial proof,
residence and monthly fees for lodging, food, insurance,for health,
birth certificate
pics,
translated papers, notorized;
ask for a student visa;
have enough validity left on your passport to over extend your stay,
send them all your school papers,
your acceptance to the school
send all originals (trough safe mail, or fax)

go to this page not chosen by me, just at odd,
and read requirements for student visa,
