Hokay....Im young (18) justbroke up with my ex in march. Ive always been the shy guy. If im walkin down the street and see a hot girl, what do i say? Or if im shopping and see an attractive girl, what do i say?

And after i do say hi, and smile-which i already do, then what? Wont that all be worth if i never see her again?

ok, the street is weird- so i guess i should try my college eh?

As a female, I would not want to get too friendly with a person just walking down the street. A smile and hello, something about the weather, that would be fine. But people I make friends with, I like to meet them at church, a club, a class, or through my work or community service. That way I am limiting myself to men that I am more likely to share common interests with. I wouldn't feel comfortable getting picked up on the street.

I always pretend like I'm mistakening them for someone else. I'll just grab the guy's arm and go, "JASON? Is that YOU?!" Of course he will say no, but then I act like I'm genuinely shocked and I apologize, "I'm sorry, you really look like someone I'd met before." But even in those eight seconds, if he shows interest, it creates a window of opportunity for more interaction.

If this happens at school, then I introduce myself anyway, for the heck of it. But if you're shopping, then you could flash her a really nice sexy smile before you part ways. Chances are you'll probably bump into each other before you leave the store/mall and if she digs you, she'll probably smile at you or even go talk to you.

It's a win-win situation. You don't look like a fool, AND it gives you a chance to interact with a girl, which might eventually lead to more. This might take some practice, especially if you're shy, but remember to be real smooth about it :) I know it sounds kinda cheesy but I still do it because it's fun. Good luck!

When you're shopping, you could ask her opinion on something you're looking at, or make a friendly comment about something she's looking at or has with her. Say something nice about her hair, clothes eyes or anything you find attractive about her.
Even if this isn't always successful, it's good practice. I'm shy, too & when I was single I'd appreciate every opportunity to practice meeting ppl.

alright well i have been through the same problem and it is pretty easy all u have to do is make at that u are brave don't care what others say(and she will pretty much do something to get your attention so be ALERT)

or just be your self and give that hot lady and give her those frilting eyes and she will come runing

its usually social situations that bring ppl together, not grabbing a girl off the street.
try asking for directions to start a conversation. guys never ask directions and she may be intrigued
