She slept all night last night, and has been asleep all day today.

I know she's under a lot of stress. Her mother is pretty much abandoning her in Missouri, so that she can move to Florida, and she can't move to Florida for another 1-2 months, when she gets her GED, and I can't go for at least 3 months when my work can transfer me. Oh, she also has nowhere to stay. Plain and simple, her mom doesn't care, and her Aunt won't let her stay there. I don't have a place where she can stay, and so she's really stressed right now.

But I was wondering if it could be any medical disorder that I would need to be concerned about as well.

Yes, I've woken her up a few times just to be sure that she's okay, and made her eat and drink.

Sounds like stress and depression. Just be as supportive as you can.

Has she woken up at all? Can you rouse her easily. If she isnt easy to wake, I'd recommend a call to 911.

Take her for a blood test, is she on any medications that would cause her excessive drowsiness, or she may just be clincally depressed and not wanting to deal with life awake.
Either way she needs help. Contact a doctor...it may be something physical, or mental. But she shouldn't be sleeping that long. By the way...She's lucky to have you, and you're such a great boyfriend for being so concerned. :) Don't give up on her, and most importantly, don't let her give up on herself.

She is tired, stressed, and she may be ill. Many illnesses will cause your body to need sleep to help heal. If she is experiencing headaches, or pain, I would take her to a doctor. It may be that this is the first time she has been able to, or felt secure enough to just relax and rest, though. You are a great friend to take care of her so well.
