and the you get home and you are the greatest .... doing exactly the opposite that you were taught in church (well... depending in what they teach you there, but it looks bad to the eyes of anyone else and are not doing good to anyone) and act in a hateful manner to others who do not share beliefs with you and dedicate your life to gossip and diffamate others no matter what? and put down other religions and culture to just prove yourself right?

If so.... why do you go to church if you seem to be doing exactly what is not supposed to be taught @ church? .... unless your church encourages you to do that stuff **weird smiley here** ...... I doubt that there is a church that encourages that behavior.......

No Really I am nice to most people. Bad behavior makes me crazy and I have a hard time tolerating it, but usually unless you push me too far- I will be nice, even if your behavior is terrible.

I am pretty good about living my religion all the time, though I am not perfect.

I try not to publicly bash other religions, I will say that some beliefs seem silly to me- But most people say that about my beliefs. I will always respect other's religions though.

I think that it is weak to try to discredit someone else in order to prove that I am right. I hate it when politicians do it and I hate it when corporations do it- I would not do that.

Edit**
People misuse the term"Hateful" these days. Me saying that I disagree with people's behavior or opinions is not hateful - it is disagreeing. Hateful behavior is when you are nasty too them or try to exclude or hurt them because they are different. Also holding people accountable for their bad behavior is not hateful, it is responsible. If you are acting out of anger, that is probably hateful.

My religion doesn't have a church, so if I would be pissy with everyone all the time. That is to much of a pain, I would rather be happy and give everyone I meet a gift, even if it is nothing but a smile and a nod of my head.

no/....we listen to God..and love even our enemy..till a limitt..God says in the Bible (the apostoles are saying what He told them to say )..that we musn't wellcome in our houses the one who doesn't bring Jesus. I welcomed a colegue from university..(not a friend)and i had a lot of problesms(she pretended to be a christian , then slept with a married man from islam then pretended that their religion is true saying that their God is also a God..and she could sleep wityh a man having other wives- like in Islam)She brought me a lot of problems , even wanting my husband (we were in a divorce but we gave up)..etc..and she said things against the Bible ..and God..finally, calling me fanatic..and shizofrenic etc..so i didn't talk to her again, never invited her again, and she called me twice again..probably she was out of her mind , how could she think i would invite her to my house again after saying all what she said.she also said that my husband is a looser(he used to drank)he is not quite a looser he has money she will never have...and i realise why she is stil unmarried an has only dogs..not kids..God is not going probably to give her some kids soon..and a good husband...whom she would call fanatic or shizofrenic..

No...that would be going against the Lord's wishes to love all as He has loved us, which I try to keep. I do fail sometimes because I am a human with human frailties but for the most part, no.

I live what I'm taught by our Lord's words to the best of my ability, imperfect as it is.

In humility,

As you know, I don't go to church, but when I was growing up, there were certainly that type of people around me, the two-faced type that acted one way in church and another way in the real life.

You and I know, we've seen that type of people here. The ones that say "I love the Lord!" or "I love Jesus!", and are hateful here.

Yes you try to be polite to people in the world but people out there treat you like crap, then you have to stand up to them. Jesus said love your neighbor in the body of Christ not your next door neighbor. When Jesus returns, he is coming with a sword and kicking a ss. God is going to squish billions of people when Jesus returns, so what does it matter, if someone treats you like crap. should you take it? unless they are in the body of Christ, you should leave it alone and let God have vengeance over them.

I don't go to church, but I don't treat anyone differently than I would want to be treated.
