gosh, maybe i don't want to eat breakfast that morning. ..... What if you are running late and you cant even eat it. Thats not fair that those ppl will get fat...its not our fault we couldn't eat breakfast. id rather be on time to school than eat it if i'm running late. Why cant I just have some orange juice in the morning and call it a day?? Sooo basically if I don't eat breakfast i'm gonna get fat??......

breakfast jump starts the metabolism and gives you energy. the body is in a hypoglycemic state upon awakening. this can have a very unfavorable effect on the health after many years.

you go to bed earlier and you get up earlier, problem solved. bad habits like not eating regularly are unhealthy and the sooner you break yourself of bad habits that effect your health the better off you will be.

it takes 10 minutes to cook a healthy breakfast. 2-4 fried egg whites, 1/3 cup oats and a piece of fruit. orange juice would be better than nothing but it won't keep you going for long. medical study has show long ago that students that follow healthy diets and get regular exercise score higher than those that do not.

First of all, the reason that breakfast is the important meal of the day is because it's used to jump start your body and your body needs ''fuel''. Picture your body like a car, the car can't run without fuel. Yes, you will get fat, because your body needs 'fuel' which is energy to burn calories. Also, you need to eat so you can function in school, your brain needs it, and you won't feel fatigue. If you don't have time, either get up eariler to make a point of having breakfast, or you could opt for fruit and granola bars on the go with your orange juice.

Because by "piling on" all the days Calories into just one or two meals a day- you're forcing your body to "Store" some of those calories into fat cells (and it's a LOT easier for your body to FILL those cells- than empty them). So every day you "store" a few extra calories to make it all the way to lunch- is a few pounds every YEAR you'll GAIN by skipping Breakfast. So, by simply going to bed a half an hour earlier every night, so that you can get up a half an hour earlier every morning- to eat Breakfast, you'll keep from weighing 250 pounds by the time you turn 30 ! This has NOTHING to do with "fault" or "fairness"...-It's simple common sense. :)

Just eat something for godsake. Your body is like an engine, you need fuel which is food. If you run on an almost empty tank at the start of the journey, you won't last. Just grab a sandwich, eat on the go. Never skip breakfast. It's darn important k.

It's very simple-- your car can't rune without fuel, neither can your body except your body can turn on itself and self feed itself when it realizes it is in the starvation mode---after about 7-8 hours of not heating--you should be hungry and it's the best meal to have protein and some carbs for energy...the protein will give you stamina to make it through the day----and you thought it was the coffee. and orange juice or better yet a piece of fruit would be great for a healthy breakfast........ps it's the best meal because you are GUARANTEED to burn it off before the day's end and it keeps you out of starve mode which throws off your metabolism which is your oven for burning food.......

breakfast is the first meal of the day. the sugar level significantly drops between your lst meal and the overnight sleep. when you do not supply enough calories after you get up and remain without food for longer time, the body will start revolting and will draw sugar from the storage you have in liver. also calcium level my drop below some threshold level which can trigger hyperventilaion and many complex troubles. never miss the breakfast

The word itself express it clearly. Break - Fast; to break the fasting you've gone through right from dinner/supper till the next morning.
It gives your body the energy it needs even though your mind says you dont need too.

Getting fat?
Yes, high probablity, coz statistic have proven tat ppl who skip b/fast are the one who tend to binge n eat more snacks or heavier lunch n dinner!!

"Eat your breakfast like a KING"- our elders didnt say that for nothing!!

You're body won't work properly, if it doesn't have proper nutrition. And you just woke up. You're running on empty.
