At work there is this guy who I've been recently flirting with. He'll jokingly make comments like let's go and make out and such. Always is commenting on my eyes, likes to put his hand on my back. Is starting to give me massages. I do know that he flirts with other girls at work, which is fine, but he doesn't give them the physical contact he gives me. We've been doing this for about a month now, he hasn't asked for my number or anything. Let me know what you think. Also, he started to ask me questions on things I liked, such as favorite movie, food, color, etc.

Just take it slow. If he asks you out, just do a lunch or coffee with him first. Try to find out what his real intentions are. He may just want to sleep with you. Those players will do anything to put another notch on their belts.

He is interested but such a dummy. He could be slapped with a big sexual harassment claim!

I would ask him out to lunch and then do the 50 question drill, hehe, find out if he is married, got a girlfriend, or girlfriends, etc, but keep it out of the office.

He sounds interested.

I would go with it--if you like him--and see where it goes.

Workplace romances can be trouble, but keep things reasonably innocent at the office and see where things go off the job. You might suggest going out for a burger or something if you think he'd like that. I would suggest trying to move things to the next level, if you're interested.
