I've made that mistake.... And I've been the one running from the pushy "convert 'em type folks too.... Just be real and Christian.... too pushy and your a freak, trying to get a notch on your imaginary pistol.... dishonest and misleading and you are using trickery.... the best bet is to be yourself and utilize your beliefs in your actions and words... but pay careful attention to your words....

God Bless

Some people wait and some people go ahead. I know that's not much of an answer, but it all depends on you and your character. Some aren't comfortable walking up to strangers and telling them about God and some are. Do what feels best to you. Just remember - do NOT shove God down his throat.

Why would you have to tell the new guy about God in the first place ? He may not believe in God.It might create an embarrassing situation.I might be a Christian but i'm not stupid!

Maybe you could just casually bring up a religious topic and see how he responds...that will tell you if he is religious already or not. If he's not, you could invite him to your church. If he declines and is not interested in your god...leave him alone!!! Being friends with someone means respecting one another's opinions. If he wants to discuss religion with you, fine. If not, don't push it.

Save everybody some time and get it out in the open. The light has no companionship with the darkness.

You should wait and if he comes to you then fine talk all you want. But if he does not come to you or bring it up on his own then just leave it alone. Please he may not feel the same way you do. Maybe he just wants to be your friend. K?

Hmm.

Do you have God in your daily life?

Or, do you hide your relationship with God under a basket?
