If he thinks theism is a mental disorder I would hate to see what his definition of sanity is. Gee, I have an IQ of 148 and I don't have a mental disorder and still believe in God. Hmmm.

While i would argue that the disconcerting possibility exists that those of us with a religion are deluding ourselves, it doesn't actually become a mental disorder until it inhibits normal everyday functioning in life. therefore, for the vast majority of us, it's not a mental disorder. That said, there are a few out there. . . most of them seem to post on here a lot.

Most people have some type of mental disorder.Whatever it is does not really matter.

I would concur.

If only we could lock 'em all up. When they come knocking, we should be able to slap restraining orders on them.

When they 'preach' to us on the street, we should be able to charge them with assault.
