Sure you can!! You only need to be sure the mince has reached a good high temperature. Pop in it a pan, and gently bring to the boil - meanwhile boil a pan of potatoes for mashing. Mash potatoes, put mince in a flatish casserole dish and cover with mash. (you can add cheese to it for extra yummyness!!) Pop into over 180 degrees for about 1/2 hour.

Easily done as shepards pie just get mash and spead over the bolagnaise then brown the top, although what i do with left over spaghetti bolagnaise is mix it with the pasta and then pour into a baking dish... sprinkle the top with lots of grated cheese and put in oven until golden brown... its like a whole new meal is made... trust me its great

The cool think about shepherd's pie is you can just throw in whatever you have. I think it's a good idea. I'd say just put the meat on the bottom of the dish, the potatoes, the cheese... you know the drill. Since everything is cooked you'd just have to heat it through.
As far as reheating the mince: as long as you only cooked it once and it has been properly stored in refrigeration it should be fine to reheat it. The general rule is to reheat things only one time.

i agree with shep pie - but the middle layer should be cooked vegetables - like corn, peas, carrots, green beans, etc. then the mash on top -
yes you can reheat the mince & add more tomato/spag sauce (canned) to make the dish juicier.
The rule for left over food is 2 hours - if it sat on the counter more than two hours before being refrigerated - throw it out.

You could have a savory mince, just add a touch of curry paste or whatever you got and veggies, have with tacos or tortilla, re-fry the mince or put in a pan and reheat thoroughly. Enjoy what you have xx
