recently i havnt been hungry and the usual times that i usually am.

like just say at 1pm i would start to get hungry **sscheduled eating times** so then i would eat.. but i have noticed at the same times now i'm not hungry but i'm eating the same stuff.

is my metabolism changing?
how can i make it go faster.. i mean i excersise etc. :/

That might be one thing but it can also be health related (if its been going on for longer than a week and getting worse)
To make your metabolism faster try eating small, frequent meals (200-450cal) every 2-3 hours, drink lots of water, exercise at least 3 times a week and take vitamins with breakfast (multivitamin, B-complex, Omega or Flax oil capsules, maybe some C vitamin also)
