i am currently taking wellbutrin xl 300mg in the morning. if i take two wellbutrin xl 150mg in the morning is that the same. or should i take one xl 150mg in the morning then another halfway through the day?

Taking 2 150 mg Wellbutrin XL tablets would be the same as taking 1 300 mg tablet--you would be getting the same amount of medicine. It's best to take the Wellbutrin XL once a day (in the morning) because it is an all-day formula that lasts all day long. If you were to take it 2 times a day, the second dosage taken halfway through the day would last well into the night and most likely interfere with your sleep. Best of luck.

Its still the same thing, just make sure you take them at the same time every day. 2 150's in the morn is ok

It is the same dose, take them both in the morning. I used to take welbutrin, have taken 150's and 300's.

i would take them as prescribed.
i would ask the pharmacist or your doctor about changing your dosage or changing the time of day you take them. Good luck.
