I am going to be having a stopover in Hong Kong for 3-4 days in May next year. Just wondering what things I should have on my "to do" list. Thanks!

1. Go shopping. Visit Ladies Street, Yau Mau tei, Nathan, Tsim Sha Tsui etc

2. Visit Victoria Peak. Go before 7pm because there will be fireworks display at Disneyland and at the Peak you will get the best view.

3. Enjoy the food! Do visit the cha chang teng, like a coffeeshop and drink their famous milk tea! Have some dim sums also! It's all about eating in hong kong!

Have fun!!

Go to Victoria Peak (the place that is always used in movies). You can ride the trolley car up Victoria Peak and experience a steep incline that pushes you into the seat. Also once you get to the top you have great panoramic views of Hong Kong and the harbor. Have a great trip!

Do get the view from the top of Victoria Peak! And take the ferry around the island. I love to wander the narrow streets of the market areas in Kowloon.

Shopping is indeed great in HK, especially for high-end stuff- electronics, jewelry, fashion...

Maybe the best thing to do here is EAT! Many people consider HK the equal of Paris as a world capital of great food. You gotta do some dim sum, of course, but you can find pretty much everything the world has to offer in HK...and chances are it'll be first-rate stuff.

I harbor a great fondness for Nathan Road in Kowloon. A live-wire district if ever I saw one.
