How can we be a "good steward" of our time and finances? What does the Bible mean by this?

God entrusts us with certain provisions. He expects us not to squander or waste. He expects us to have something to share with others in their time of need. When we are blessed with material things, we are to be a blessing to others. It is one way God has to show us that life and all He gives us is NOT just all about us! We learn that by sharing with others and by being responsible with our provisions! May the Lord bless you!

I think it means that when you go up and down the isle you offer all the drinks available: coffee, tea, soft drinks and alcohol. Along with this, you have to offer pillows and blankets... that's where the good steward part comes in... or rather, excellent steward.

It means to spread the wealth around to those that need it more than you (your extra money). It also means to guard your faith closely, so you do not lose it. Use your time wisely to help other people (and I would add animals).

It means we follow God's will on what to do with it and don't waste it lustfully. If we walk in the spirit he will reveal his will to us.
