Well, he seems healthy, yes, he is thin, but that is common in many runt kittens.
I have posted about this before and someone said something like "If the kitten has started walking about a week after the others there may be a problem". The problem is, he did, at least 1 or 2 weeks after the other kittens had learned to walk, they were quick learners though. As some kittens start learning to walk at 3 weeks old, but not these kittens, instead of 3 WEEKS, it was 3 DAYS. So, yes, I know runts take more time. His mother is feeding him, and we take them to the garage at night and in the morning she brings him in with the others. He hasn't been rejected, though he is a very small runt. Smaller than the only girl in the litter. But he seems healthy except that I can feel his bones through his skin and he can't walk, also he doesn't have much fur.
Please Help!

Usually mom will reject a kitten that is not "normal". If mom is feeding it and carrying it around, she probably is sensing something in the kitten that we are not. I can't really tell from your question how old the kittens are, but I would give the kitten a few more weeks. As long as he is eating and mom is not rejecting him, I would say he has a good chance to grow and thrive. Be patient and make sure mom keeps feeding him well.

I took care of a kitten we found in our winter fed barn. He was the only one found and was extremely small. I bottle fed the critter, i was also feeding 4 others i was fostering from littler at the same time (someone elses Kitty's)...Garfield, the little guy didn't walk right till he was about 8 weeks old and he was still off and to this day still is. The vet told me the kitten was delayed, but was healthy in every other way....I had to exercise his little legs everyday...Something tho mentally is off in this now 1 1/2 old cat...I dont know how to say this, but its like he is retarded...He is off in the brain and has odd behaviors...Also his gait is still off....
You may want to bottle feed this baby, he may not be getting enough from the mama...When they are little, sometimes they give up, they wont fight for the nipple...It may be time for you to intervene and take care of this one if you want it to survive...

I just answered one of your other questions about this kitty, but it didn't say that it was skinny. If it's skinny,it may have worms or some other health problem. You really should take it to the vet ( all of the kittens and the mother will need to be wormed and vaccinated) to see what's going on;it may need supplemental feeding. Also,I hope you'll get the mother spayed asap to prevent anymore kittens. There are too many being killed in shelters.

He may be suffering from "failure to thrive". Or he may have had his little back or pelvis injurred during delivery. Or after delivery , the mom may have laid on him and hurt him. Give it a week at least and if not better, take him to the vet.
