I am a small business owner and wanted to get the business gold rewards card from american express because I saw their tv commercial. It has no annual fee for the first year but $125 after that. Is it worth the money? Is it really that good?

Well i need to make a something clear here, I work at a banks and technically there is a set limit its all about your assets and income but most likely if you have a gold rewards card your make aleast 75000+ a year but if you dont and have excellent credit 800+ then most like you do have a spending limit of $50,000 instant credit, but if yout purchases are in excess of that dont expect approval when you slide that card. No being mean just know how Amex works. But if you are indeed a bring spender get the card charge it up a couple of times and pay it off completly and call Amex and they just may give you a platinum card, but your credit need to be in tip top shape im talking mid to high 800

I recently applied and got the business gold rewards card from OPEN by american express. I like it very much because it has no spending limit. You could buy a house with it if you really want to. The reward program is also excellent. The points you earn with this card is worth more than any other cards on the market. You also get lot of bonus points (20,000 bonus points if u spend over 50k/year), 25,000 points for signing up. So with all the bonus points u earn, it can offset the annual fee. The greatest thing is u get access to Gold Card events that other people don't have access to. You can really impress your clients with this feature. So I think it's worth every penny.

I've Never paid an annual fee and gotten hundreds in cash rebates .
But you have to do the math for your business .
We don't have access to those numbers .

Will the rebates exceed the $125 fee ? by how much ?
