No need to send the original certificates to UAE for work visa processing. Send only the copies of your attested certificates, mark lists also not mandatory.

Make sure the certificates are attested by the concerned authorities prior to sending. If not then the procedure is firstly get authenticated by the Notary Public, preferably from your area, and then contact Ministries of Education and Human Resources (of India) for their attestations. Once you have done all these formalities, you can contact the UAE embassy or Consulate in India for further attestation. Your passport copy is mandatory for UAE embassy attestations.

I would suggest you to do this through a reliable agent to save your time.

Good luck

You have to register the original certificate in a post office which you send the document from. Alternatively, you can have a copy certified by a lawyer then send it to the employer.

I would be very wary of this, try sending a facsimile, or even a copy first, and see what happens.
Good luck in your venture.
